Condition:

Any incident on a Smart Motorway that results in stoppage

  1. Get as far over as possible to one side of the road
  2. Immediately call Emergency Services
  3. Inform IRT and HQ of incident
  4. Ensure everybody stays inside the vehicle unless directed otherwise
